Doctoral Candidate

Patricia is completing her doctoral research on wrongful non-cooperation in international law at the University of Oxford. She has previously worked as an arbitration associate at a Buenos Aires law firm, as tutor in public international law at the University of Oxford, as lecturer in international law and European law at Utrecht University, as research associate at the Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea, and as assistant-attaché at the Permanent Mission of The Netherlands to the United Nations.
