Bhargava is a senior associate at Trilegal and part of the firm’s disputes resolution practice. Bhargava advised and represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal disputes at various judicial forums (including Supreme Court, High Courts and other courts and tribunals) in India and he holds an expertise in handling general commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, company law-related disputes and white-collar crime defence matters.
Additionally, Bhargava developed niche in the white-collar crime defence, internal investigations & compliance practice area and advised Indian and multinational companies on compliance, risk remediation and overhauling governance procedures. Bhargava also advised corporates and individuals on engagement with law enforcement agencies or sectoral regulators and assisted in preparation of defence and litigation strategies as well as representation before regulators and law enforcement agencies.
