Oluwaseun Philip-Idiok is a senior associate in the firm’s dispute resolution, corporate/commercial, energy and natural resources practice groups. She regularly advises companies on regulatory compliance, business start-ups, corporate due diligence companies’ corporate restructuring, commercial and residential estate transactions. She was part of a team that advised a multi-national in respect of a breach of contract of employment and employees’ non-disclosure obligations. She is part of the team advising a multi-national on regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry. She is currently a member of the team advising a leading multinational on various options for the divestment of its interest to a foreign entity.

Seun has her law master’s degree from the University of Hertfordshire and she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
