Olga Semushina is a co-founder of Aitkulov & Partners. Previously, she was a senior associate (more than 10 years' post-qualified experience) at the Moscow office of Clifford Chance.  

Olga specialises in Russian and cross-border litigation and international arbitration with a focus on complex construction and commercial disputes, cross-border insolvency/bankruptcy and white-collar crime, including AML and anti-corruption investigations.

Olga has been recommended by the independent legal directory The Legal 500 for a number of years, including in 2021, when the publication named her "Next Generation Partner" in arbitration and mediation.
