Nicolas Thompson is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Houston office and has broad experience in government and internal investigations as well as complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in litigation involving the False Claims Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, healthcare fraud and securities fraud. He has also represented businesses at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on the energy and technology industries.
