Nico Lüthi's practice focuses on banking and finance, general corporate and commercial matters, internal investigations and white-collar crime. He advises banks, financial institutions, fintechs and other companies and individuals in regulatory, corporate and commercial law and transactional matters and represents them before courts and other authorities.
