Nick Marshall is a managing associate in Linklaters’ employment and incentives team. Having worked in both the United Kingdom and Singapore, he has a broad international practice, and advises clients on their most sensitive, complex and high-value people-related matters.
With increased regulatory activity across a number of sectors in recent years, Nick regularly advises clients on conducting internal investigations and engaging with regulators in contentious situations, often in relation to concerns raised by whistleblowers. He also provides training and advice on speaking up policies and arrangements to clients across a range of sectors (particularly in financial services), and acts for employers in defending legal claims by current and former employees relating to whistleblowing.
