Neil Pigott advises financial institutions and corporates on a broad range of international and domestic contentious matters. He has particular expertise in high-value and complex commercial and investment arrangements, regulatory issues, financial products, restructurings, insolvency issues and distressed investments.Neil has over 24 years of experience, both in private practice as well as part of an investment business team in a major international investment bank. He has also been featured as a guest speaker regularly at conferences of leading trade associations within the financial sector, and has been a guest lecturer on the MBA courses at Oxford University and Imperial College London.
