Tianyu You is a senior manager in the monitorships and investigation practice at BDO. Tianyu has led and been involved in various fraud risk assessment engagements and fraud-related expert reports at utility providers, casinos and racetrack operators, manufacturers and financial institutions, most of which are multinational companies. Tianyu has deep knowledge of and experience in accounting, auditing, fraud risk identification and assessment, internal controls and fraud allegation investigations.

Tianyu is a member of the team assisting the special compliance coordinator appointed by the US Department of Commerce to report on Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd’s compliance with US export control laws and regulations. He focuses on the analytics and forensics testing perspective of this engagement.
