Nader Salehi is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s government, regulatory and internal investigations group. Nader represents clients in high-profile and complex internal and government investigations, and has counselled financial institutions, public companies and boards of directors in matters of enterprise-wide significance. He has led clients through significant matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and other federal and state regulators. Nader began his career in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement in Washington, DC.
