Min Weaving is a managing associate in the white-collar crime and investigations group at Mischon. She has experience of defending both individuals and corporates in criminal proceedings, and is experienced in internal and regulatory investigations in the financial services sector. She has particular expertise in representing individuals in complex fraud and financial crime proceedings as well as corruption investigations. She is the founding member of the UK’s Women’s White Collar Defense Association Young Professionals Committee, and is listed in the 2018 Global Investigations Review special report on Women in Investigations, recognising 100 outstanding female lawyers in the field. Min is also recognised in Law.com’s 2021 Rising Stars: The UK’s Best Up and Coming Female Lawyers and The Legal 500’s 2021 rising star categories in the editions for Fraud: White-Collar Crime (Advice to Individuals) and Regulatory Investigations and Corporate Crime (Advice to Corporates).
