Miguel Esperança Pina heads the dispute resolution practice area of Cuatrecasas in Portugal. He has extensive experience on in-court and out-of-court resolution of complex disputes, advising and representing Portuguese and foreign clients in pre-litigation stages, and in judicial and arbitration proceedings. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he frequently acts as arbitrator in national and international arbitration proceedings. He has published several articles related with litigation and arbitration and is a regular speaker in conferences regarding those areas of expertise.
