Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson is a senior associate in Miller & Chevalier’s litigation department. He counsels clients on civil and criminal matters in a variety of domestic and international contexts. In particular, his practice focuses on white-collar criminal defence, global antitrust and competition, government and internal investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and complex commercial litigation and arbitration. While at Duke University School of Law, Mr Anderson served as Executive Editor of the Duke Law Journal. Prior to entering private practice, he clerked for the Honourable James C Dever, III on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
