Megan Gordon is a partner in Clifford Chance's US Regulatory/White Collar group focusing on regulatory, data privacy and cybersecurity related matters and investigations. Megan co-heads Clifford Chance’s US Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group and is a leading member of the firm’s global Tech Group. Her work encompasses a broad range of regulatory matters including in relation to privacy and US data protection laws and regulations. Megan also has experience advising financial institutions and Fintech companies on the use of AI and big data in various products.
