Martin Hackl is an Austrian Rechtsanwalt and acts as counsel at Konrad Partners. He specialises in international litigation and international commercial arbitration. He has extensive experience in advising national and international companies in commercial arbitration proceedings across a broad range of industries including construction and engineering, intellectual property, metals and mining, oil and gas, as well as transport and infrastructure and pharmaceuticals. He advises clients on the enforcement of arbitral awards and represents businesses in state court proceedings. He is a regular lecturer at the Danube University Krems and authors numerous publications in the field of dispute resolution.
