Mark Young

Counsel, DaHui

Mark Young is counsel in DaHui’s arbitration and corporate/M&A practice groups. He handles a wide range of legal issues for multinational companies operating and investing in China, and Chinese companies investing abroad or working with foreign companies domestically.

Prior to joining DaHui, Mark worked with a leading PRC law firm in its Shanghai office, and has advised clients across several industries, including biotechnology and life sciences, Internet, entertainment, aviation, construction and manufacturing.

Mark has represented clients in international arbitration disputes under HKIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and CIETAC rules seated in Hong Kong, the PRC, Singapore and England and Wales.

Mark is admitted to practise law in New York. He holds a BSE in biomedical engineering from Tulane University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
