Mark Banks is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s dispute resolution team based in London. Mark acts for clients in relation to corporate investigations, regulatory enforcement, corporate compliance, and commercial and criminal litigation. Mark also advises clients in relation to ESG-related issues, including supply chain due diligence and human rights litigation.

Mark was an undergraduate at Oxford University (Wadham College) and undertook his postgraduate legal studies at the University of Law in London.
