Mala is a senior manager with EY US’s FIDS practice in the New York Metro Area. She has more than 10 years of experience supporting businesses with corporate investigations in response to SEC and DOJ inquiries, internal auditing, and resolving complex accounting matters covering a variety of industries and subject matters, including compliance with federal securities laws.Mala also has extensive experience providing guidance to companies and counsel on the subject of accounting fraud and corruption issues. Her investigation experience covers global operations in more than 11 different jurisdictions.Mala’s experience spans across many industries, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, food and beverage, telecommunications, retail and real estate.
