Lorena Morrone is a partner at Fornari e Associati, where she has been working for more than seven years as a criminal defence counsel and is particularly expert in environmental offences, offences against the public administration and serious fraud. Her clients are both individuals (charged in criminal proceedings or victims) and entities (in the event of administrative liability for an offence). In this respect, she has acquired experience in the field of internal investigations for companies, and all issues connected with it (such as reputational risk, privacy law and labour law). Therefore, her assistance is not limited to the management of criminal proceedings, but involves activities prior and subsequent to them.

Lorena is the author of articles for specialist magazines and newspapers and a co-author of the books L’Organismo di Vigilanza nel Sistema 231 and Investigazioni Interne. She is a member of the European Criminal Bar Association and a speaker at a number of conferences on corporate criminal law.
