Lisa Umans is a counsel in Crowell and Moring’s white-collar and regulatory enforcement group in New York.
She represents individuals and entities throughout all stages of criminal regulatory and internal investigations. Lisa’s practice has focused on the financial services industry. She has also practised commercial litigation. She presently assists on the court-appointed monitorships of the New York City District Council of Carpenters and the United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America.
