Lindsey Sullivan

Lindsey is counsel in Ropes & Gray’s Litigation and Enforcement practice group in Chicago. Lindsey focuses her practice on defending clients in investigations and enforcement actions before the Securities & Exchange Commission. She routinely advises private equity firms, hedge funds, and other investment advisers regarding their obligations under the federal securities laws, often in connection with SEC examinations. In addition, Lindsey has significant experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes. She has assisted companies in responding to a wide range of legal issues resulting from data security breaches, including responding to regulators and class action plaintiffs, as well as overseeing forensic investigations and preservation efforts. Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey served as a law clerk to the Hon. Marvin E. Aspen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
