Lee Mayberry is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s government, regulatory and internal investigations group. Lee represents clients in complex internal investigations and high-profile government investigations and enforcement proceedings. He has extensive experience counselling investment advisers, broker-dealers, investment banks and public companies, often facing multi-jurisdictional and overlapping regulatory investigations. He has advised clients during significant matters before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and other federal and state regulators.
