Lauren Kaplin

Lauren Kaplin is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution group, based in Washington, DC. Lauren’s practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional investigations, corporate internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation in US federal and state courts. She has represented multinational companies in the hospitality, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors in corruption investigations led by the SEC, DOJ and the World Bank, and has represented individuals in a variety of matters before regulators and in litigation.
