Laura Inglis has a litigation practice that is dedicated to labour and employment and health law. She provides strategic advice to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, from inception to termination. Laura works with clients in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, energy, education and information technology. With a focus on managing and mitigating risk, she routinely advises on workplace policies and protocols, contracts, privacy, harassment and workplace violence, human rights and workers’ compensation issues. In health law, Laura has extensive experience in representing physicians in regulatory matters and litigation, including malpractice actions, professional discipline, privileging and privacy issues.
