Latoya Moore is an associate in the labour and employment law department at Proskauer Rose LLP and a member of the firm’s employment law counselling and training, and employment litigation and arbitration practice groups. She assists employers in all types of employment-related litigation and arbitrations, from single-plaintiff harassment and discrimination cases to large, complex class and collective actions.Latoya also counsels clients on a wide array of issues including on-boarding, employee misconduct and terminations, reviewing and drafting employee handbooks, separation agreements and employee leave policies. She facilitates equal employment opportunity trainings for corporate managers and staff and regularly conducts workplace investigations concerning allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
