Lara Gotti practises predominantly in contentious regulatory, investigations and white-collar crime matters. She has acted for a number of companies, directors and officers and individuals on matters involving directors’ duties, insider trading, tax fraud, continuous disclosure obligations, bribery and corruption, data breaches and cybersecurity. She is skilled in managing large-scale litigation and routinely assists clients in responding to compulsory production notices and document reviews for internal investigations, both for domestic and multi-jurisdictional investigations.
Lara is a member of the Australian Chapter of Women’s White Collar Defence Association, where she holds a leadership role. She is also a member of the Access to Justice Committee for the Law Society of Western Australia.
