Kohe is a Reed Smith partner and a director at Resource Law LLC, Reed Smith’s partner in Singapore. She is experienced in all forms of litigation and arbitration, particularly in power, international trade, commodities, infrastructure, and transportation disputes. She has represented domestic oil companies, Fortune 500 companies, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and government-linked organisations in a multitude of large-scale, complex arbitrations. Uniquely, Kohe is equally adept in non-contentious matters and has represented clients in the acquisition of significant mining and power assets in the region. Her contentious experience has been extremely helpful in assisting clients troubleshoot and mitigate risks at the outset of any transaction. Fluent in Malay and bahasa Indonesia, Kohe has built a thriving energy practice in South-east Asia.
