Julianne Nowicki is a senior associate in the international trade and national security group at Reed Smith LLP. Julianne regularly advises clients on export controls and sanctions matters. Julianne routinely represents clients in enforcement actions and investigations before the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including consent agreements, audits, voluntary disclosures and agency-directed investigations. She also assists clients in developing effective trade compliance programmes and trainings.
