Juliana Sá de Miranda

Juliana is the head of White-Collar Crimes, Compliance & Investigation and Cybersecurity practices at Campos Mello Advogados.She represents a variety of national and international clients in complex matters involving white-collar crime, compliance and internal investigations in cases of corruption, fraud, antitrust and regulatory violations, financial, tax, environmental crimes and any other violation in connection with corporate activity. Juliana has an extensive experience in litigation and in defending the interests of companies and their representatives in government investigations and criminal lawsuits. She also regularly conducts internal investigations for corporate clients based on allegations of compliance violations and advises clients on the implementation and enhancement of compliance programs, policies and trainings sessions.
