Jeremy Levin

Jeremy Levin is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Baker Botts LLP, where his practice focuses on corporate investigations, white-collar criminal defence, corporate compliance and complex civil litigation. He has represented companies and individuals in Justice Department, SEC and congressional investigations, governmental enforcement actions and a range of private litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. He has extensive experience in the areas of securities fraud, corruption, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, having represented clients in numerous state, federal and multinational matters pertaining to these subjects. Mr Levin has conducted internal investigations on a wide range of topics, and he also has substantial experience in corporate compliance, having counselled on compliance programmes and policies, developed training programmes, conducted third-party and M&A due diligence, and carried out a compliance monitorship. Mr Levin regularly counsels clients, writes and speaks on anti-corruption issues and internal investigations, and he was recently recognised by Global Investigations Review in its ‘40 Under 40’ list of leading investigations lawyers worldwide under the age of 40.
