Jennifer Hill

Jenni Hill is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution practice based in Perth. She focuses on large-scale disputes primarily in the energy and resources sector as well as anti-bribery and corruption issues, corporate governance and compliance, regulatory and corporate disputes. She has acted for a wide range of clients on internal governance and regulatory investigations (including anti-corruption and compliance issues) and corporate issues, such as allegations of breach of directors’ duties and shareholder rights and corporate disputes. Jenni is regularly retained by corporate entities to conduct confidential investigations into allegations of misconduct (including bribery).Jenni has practised as a lawyer in Western Australia in a career spanning more than 20 years. Jenni was profiled as one of the 100 Women in Investigations by Global Investigations Review in 2018, is recognised as an expert lawyer in Who’s Who Legal: Investigations 2018 and was ranked as a Best Lawyer in Regulatory in 2017 and 2018.
