Jelena Bezarević Pajić is a partner at Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr. Jelena is primarily focused on international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. Her most recent accomplishment is leading the state of Montenegro to seven major arbitration wins, five in investor-state arbitrations and two in high-value, high-complexity commercial arbitrations. She has been involved in arbitrations under the ICSID, ICSID Additional Facility, ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, FTCA (Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce) and other sets of arbitration rules. Jelena is also an experienced commercial litigator in proceedings before all instance courts. Jelena is on the list of arbitrators of the Permanent Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and has been listed as one of the future leaders in arbitration by the acclaimed legal directory Who's Who Legal.
