Helen Tang is a partner in the Shanghai disputes practice. She has extensive experience in all forms of China-related contentious work, advising state-owned and private enterprises, as well as multinational corporations operating in China, on commercial disputes, investigations and regulatory compliance matters.
Helen obtained her LLB degree from Peking University in Beijing, and subsequently completed her graduate diploma in law studies at BPP Law School, UK and her postgraduate certificate in laws at the University of Hong Kong. Helen previously worked in Herbert Smith Freehill’s London and Hong Kong offices. She is fluent in English and is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese.
