Hani is a partner and head of Qatar litigation in Al Tamimi & Company. He is a senior litigation lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in this field.

Hani has been involved in various high-profile litigation matters in relation to commercial agencies, trademarks, construction, debt recovery, employment and property. His exceptional understanding of the principles of the Civil Code, and of Qatari law more generally, enables him to provide his clients with comprehensive legal opinions on the proper interpretation and application of relevant provisions of the laws. In recent years, Hani has represented clients in several high-profile project projects in Qatar.

Hani is regularly appointed as counsel in large-scale, complex and multi-jurisdictional international commercial and construction arbitration matters under the major arbitral institutional rules, involving large conglomerates and state entities. Hani is also frequently sought out as an expert for matters on Qatari law issues and was recently engaged by top-tier English law firms in an arbitration seated in London under the LCIA arbitral rules.
