Gladwin Issac is an associate S&R Associates. His practice includes international and domestic arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings, including before the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, the Securities and Exchange Board of India and the Securities Appellate Tribunal. Gladwin holds an LLM (magna cum laude) in international dispute settlement, jointly awarded by the University of Geneva and the Geneva Graduate Institute.
