Giuseppe Fornari is the founding partner of Fornari e Associati. He gained experience and expertise primarily in corporate criminal law, becoming a nationally renowned professional expert in the field.
He has represented and continues to represent leading national and international credit institutions, insurance companies, businesses (including those listed on regulated markets), small and medium-sized enterprises and natural persons. He also specialises in the criminal liability of entities, having been responsible for numerous organisational, management and control models and being a member of supervisory bodies.
He frequently works with leading international law firms, in providing both legal opinions and assistance during court proceedings, and has delivered a number of speeches at corporate criminal law conferences.
Giuseppe Fornari is a member of the Academic Committee of Giurisprudenza Penale and is co-editor of the book Investigazioni Interne.
