Frederico has experience antitrust and competitive litigation, acting in private claims involving cartels, representation of domestic and foreign clients in administrative and judicial proceedings involving competition law and in advising national and foreign clients in the submission of concentration acts to the Brazilian System for Economic Defence.He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, and a Master of Laws and Development degree from the Fundação Getulio Vargas.
