Faisal is head of litigation of the firm’s construction, advisory and disputes practice in the Middle East. Faisal is an experienced bilingual construction lawyer. He is a specialist in the interpretation of the Middle Eastern laws in the context of commercial and construction disputes, especially in terms of arbitration and litigation. He previously acted as a State Counsel for the Egyptian government and represented Egypt in a number of international arbitral proceedings in respect of high-value investor-state disputes. He then worked in London and Kuwait before moving to Dubai in 2011.
