Evangelina González Soldo

Evangelina González Soldo specialises in corporate law, with emphasis on antitrust and competition. She regularly provides advice to national and foreign clients. She has participated in several complex M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. In addition, she has led various approval processes on merger transactions before the antitrust and competition authorities in diverse sectors, such as financial services, oil and gas, mining, pharmaceuticals, fertilisers, grains and oil. She has also been involved in several anticompetitive practices’ investigations (including, cartel and dominant position abuse allegations) and carried out internal investigations as part of client’s antitrust compliance programs. She is a senior associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. Previously, she was part of the corporate practice at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2007–2018). She was also a member of the legal team at Baker Hughes Argentina (2006–2007).
