Emanuele Angiuli is a partner at Fornari e Assiociati. He is a criminal defence counsel and he has particular expertise in financial, corporate and tax crimes. He represents both individuals and companies who have been charged in criminal proceedings or who are victims of a crime. He also acquired experience in providing legal advice on white-collar crime matters to primary companies operating in Italy and abroad. He is author of articles for magazines focused on law matters and a co-author of the book Investigazioni Interne.
He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Milan Criminal Bar Association.
