Elly Proudlock is a counsel in Linklaters’ dispute resolution practice who focuses on white collar criminal defence, internal investigations and advising on cross-border financial crime compliance. She acts in investigations by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and other authorities, representing companies and individuals facing allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering and other types of misconduct. She also regularly advises companies on the whole range of issues relating to business crime, including helping clients to mitigate their exposure under the UK Bribery Act and Proceeds of Crime Act, developing and implementing corporate compliance programmes and conducting pre-acquisition due diligence. Elly is ranked in Band 4 in the 2022 edition of Chambers UK for Financial Crime: Corporates.
