Elena’s practice focuses on data protection. She provides assistance to international and Italian companies on data protection matters and compliance programmes under both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Italian legislation. In particular, she assists clients in kicking off and implementing innovative projects, also supporting on multi-jurisdictional aspects and cross-border transfers. She is responsible for Italian data protection know-how activities as well as monitoring the latest data protection and privacy updates, delivering training and producing newsletters and tailored alerts to clients.
