Eamon McCarthy-Keen is an associate in the corporate crime and investigations team of Herbert Smith Freehills in London. He has acted for corporates and individuals facing enforcement or regulatory action in relation to a range of corporate crime issues such as bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering, corporate manslaughter and sanctions.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Eamon worked as an investigative lawyer at the Serious Fraud Office, and then at a specialist criminal litigation firm. Recent experience includes acting for Post Office Limited in relation to a review of more than 800 historical criminal convictions in a case that has been reported as the United Kingdom’s biggest miscarriage of justice.
