Dyah Paramita

Dyah has extensive experience in handling antitrust and competition law issues before the Indonesia’s Competition Authority, varying from advisory, cartel investigation, merger control filing, business model consultation, up to antitrust and competition litigation. She is recognised by 1 2018–2019: Indonesia (Antitrust/Competition).She is a fully qualified Indonesian advocate and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), with a master of laws degree on comparative and international dispute resolution from the Queen Mary University of London. She is experienced in handling a wide array of disputes, varying from commercial disputes before the courts, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She is also well versed in handling investigations, white-collar crimes as well as private wealth disputes.
