Dominic is a partner in KPMG LLP and its Information Management Services National Leader. His team supports public and private companies’ as well governmental organizations’ various business units and departments, including IT, internal audit, legal, communication and marketing, sales and procurement with their information-related needs: Data, Documents and Records Management, Electronic Discovery, Forensic Technology and Cybersecurity. Dominic also leads KPMG’s Canadian Business Intelligence & Data Analytics network of professionals and is a member of KPMG’s global Data and Analytics steering committee.Dominic teaches information management, evidence and ediscovery, e‑commerce and Internet law at different North American Universities, such as McGill, Ottawa, Montreal, HEC and Laval, and is a sought-after speaker on topics such as investigation methodology, information governance, ediscovery and data analytics at many international conferences. He has been recognized as one of Quebec’s leading lawyer and innovator by being named Advocatus Emeritus (Ad.E.).Prior to joining KPMG, Dominic was the president of Ledjit Consulting Inc., Canada’s leading Information Management and eDiscovery firm, which was acquired by KPMG. He also acted the CEO of the Canadian Centre for Court Technology. Before founding Ledjit, Dominic was an in-house counsel at Bell Canada and a commercial litigator in one of Canada’s largest law firm where he focused on IT and complex litigation.
