David advises clients on a range of international and domestic contentious matters, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, insolvency and international arbitration. David has been involved in several high-profile cases, including in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. David has experience across an array of practice areas, such as competition, tax, insolvency, white-collar crime, finance and corporate. This broad experience is reflected in the range of clients David has advised, from investment funds to one of the world’s largest technology companies. At his previous firm, David also acted for and advised the administrators of an international investment bank in one of the largest insolvencies in history.
