Daniel Travers is a partner in the white-collar defence and global investigations groups. His expertise lies in the comprehensive defence of companies and individuals in complex white-collar crime cases, both in and out of court. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising companies in all areas of white-collar crime law (in particular in connection with corruption, embezzlement, fraud, tax evasion, money laundering and trade law violations) as well as in compliance advice and in conducting internal investigations.
Daniel is a certified specialist lawyer for criminal law. Before joining the firm, he worked for about seven years as a defence counsel for Krause & Kollegen, one of the leading German boutique law firms in the field of white-collar crime law.
Daniel publishes and regularly gives lectures on white-collar crime law. Additionally, since 2019, he is a visiting lecturer for white-collar crime law at the University of Potsdam.
