Clare recently joined Linklaters as counsel in the financial regulatory group, with a focus on advising clients in relation to contentious regulatory matters. She is currently advising banks and asset managers in relation to FCA enforcement investigations, the senior management regime and anti-money laundering obligations. Prior to joining Linklaters, Clare spent 10 years within the enforcement and market oversight division of the Financial Conduct Authority. During that time she led some of the regulator’s most high-profile enforcement investigations, many with an international element.
