A French qualified lawyer and professor of law, Christophe Seraglini is a partner in the international arbitration group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris. He is the author of a leading arbitration textbook in France (Droit de l’arbitrage interne et international, with J Ortscheidt).  

Christophe has extensive experience as counsel and as an arbitrator in complex and sensitive cases, particularly in the energy, industrial, telecommunications, and technology sectors. He also has experience in handling international investment disputes, both in the role of counsel and arbitrator.

As a law professor, Christophe teaches arbitration, private international law and international contract law in several universities including Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Sciences Po. He is also is the director of the LLM in domestic and international contract Law at Paris Sud University.

Christophe speaks fluent French and English.
