Caroline Kelly is an associate in Arnold & Porter’s international arbitration practice. Ms Kelly focuses her practice on both investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration. She also has experience with domestic litigation and advises clients on a broad range of international legal issues.

Ms Kelly is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she received her JD, and Boston College, where she received her BA in International Studies.
